Weeds got it spot on. I do 2 scans of A3 flyers, one for each half and then join them and crop etc in photoshop. I think there are simpler programs to do this if you are new to photo editing.

To shrink the flyer picture size to view on the web photoshop is ideal. You basically want them at 72 dpi then the dimension size is up to you.
I started scanning my flyers a couple of years ago and used to only scan the picture side and also shrunk the image size down quite small.
I regret this now and wish Id bothered to scan both sides and saved them better qulity like the scans Weed has on his price guide. I just dont have the time to scan the backs or the 100's more flyers ive gathered since the gallery on my website shows.
