: : [Fusion said] I have a flyer called Freakout4 it's A4 from 1989 full colour probably the best art i've ever seen on any flyer and i've never come across another copy before.
: : if anyone else has this flyer could you tell me how much you think it's worth ?
: [Weed said] i've a small (11cms wide x 7cms high) flyer for "Freakout 4 - A Nightmare in Hell" (21st Oct 89), somewhere in England (London area?), put on by US organisation "Hell Rave Promotions" - hand-drawn, naked women being eaten/raped by green dragons - artist a Bosch/hentai acolyte?
: is this the same one in miniature?
i've now had a chance to look at the A4 flyer as well ("The Final Flyer") - the smaller one is just a detail - as Fusion says, the artwork is pretty spectacular... science fantasy... cosmic battles, aliens, dinosaurs, legions, charging warriors, sea-horses, dragons, ghouls (see link below for pic)
on the back of the flyer it warns of "Thirteen demented hours for you to panic and die screaming." and describes the music style as "Of love & peace" - Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold, Trevor Fung, Fabio, Groove Rider, etc - nationwide ticket distribution
if the event happened and went well, then there'd probably be people interested in buying the flyer... maybe 3.50?? maybe more?
