I agree Weed. If we are talking about 'Raves' it has to be in context with Ecstacy. Also, i would not consider anything pre first Shoom party unless somebody had a leaflet/Flyer for the Autumn 1987 'After Hour' parties held by Rampling etc in the back room of the 'Project Club' which was a direct reult of the Ecstscy enduced Hedonism in Ibiza which was without doubt the first place early House imports were introduced to Ecstacy and young Brittish 'Ravers'. November 1987 was when Shoom first opened so the initial flyer for that has got to be the rarest. There were a few House clubs around months before but minus the E's and Acid House, Wag, The Mud Club and Enter The Dragon to be specific. So Pre - Acid and E's to me is irrelevant to the term 'Rave Flyers/Scene'. Beginning to sound like a bit of a twat with all this barking !!!!!. Anyway, the second of the Shoom parties might have been the one with the smiley faces, i have seen it recently and it also has tablets floating through the air as well. Forgot to mention the first ever 'R,I,P' Flyer too, in mythicall terms the 2nd Acid House club in London althaugh at first was not purely Acid but infact a diverse blend of Chicago House, Electro and a few Acid Tracks (This has come from an Evil Eddie Ruichards Interview).
