yes, a bit confusing using the word "singles" -- maybe the info was just copied from another page and not cleaned up properly
this would explained why under item specifics they're listed as "new" (?) and it has "Nelly Furtado" (??)
definitely TM -- i don't know anyone else who talks about "top brands" and claims to have rave flyers from 1987
