Yes, the flyer is from 1990 and you are also correct that there is more than one version. I also have the one with the red/blue fractal orb for this date and the fish one. The reverse of both flyers are identical apart from the red/blue fractal (well my version of it) has the Energy underneath the Karma Productions in Black, but on the version with the fish the Energy is in gold.
And yes, there are 3 different versions for 24th November 1990
