a mystery to me
tho i think it may be 80 Wickham Lane SE2 (not SE18)
(Wickham Lane runs along the border between the two postal areas)
but Google Streetview shows this as a residential street ?!
i've looked through my flyers for 1990/91 for the area and can't find anything similar
(Eltham, Wickham, Plumstead, Abbey Wood etc)
the address of the printer ("Clearaprint: 071-703 4229") was -
Clearaprint (Peckham)
61-63 Peckham High Street
London SE15 5EB

printers usually keep records of all their jobs
however it looks like Clearaprint closed down in November 2007 -
