i've no info on any individual Streetrave flyers (or sets of Streetrave flyers) sold on eBay from Aug 2003-Apr 2005 and Mar 2006-Aug 2007 -- (my info for the period in between is still waiting to be sorted)
(tho i think a few have appeared as part of mixed collections, and it's possible some have come up for sale but received no bids)
