Sounds like it might be one that I put on e bay a couple of months back, the flyer is long about half A4, it's black with yellow writing, It was Saturday 1st August 1992 at the carlisle sands centre 7pm to 2am.
Dj's, Dj Sy, Trevor fung, bass generator,simon bassline smith, kool kat, olliphant and thompson, live bass heads, plus others.
There was no skull on it unless they produced to types just yellow circles.
