maybe, but they'd have to increase in value quite a bit to make it worth the cost of setting up a print run + matching the original type of paper/card + getting accurate colors (not to mention the cutting out of shaped flyers) - most of the cost of printing is the initial setup

and if payments are done thru paypal or by cheques or credit card then anyone doing it wd be easy to track down - also the printer wd be taking a big risk

as far as One Love goes, i've heard nothing bad about them - i'm sure all their flyers are ok - they've been advertising them on their site a long time for reasonable prices

PS those two Dreamscape flyers are for me the weakest of them all graphically (with the possible exception of DS9, which is probably the hardest to find)
