: : I think the immaculate conception was an Omnitech event, around 94. Shame you never made it too the earlier raves yourself, I was raving at the warehouse from 92 onwards and in my opinion these were the best days. It kind of trailed off when the nights went full on banging techno, Enjoy projects with Mark EG etc, got too much for a lot of us then. the music never varied like it used to so we switched to vibes on a saturday. all excellent times though.

: Trouble is the Plymouth Warehouse raves were 18 and over only, and I was only 16 in 1994 so that was the earliest I looked 18, haha. The previous 2 years I worked in arranging coach trips to the warehouse, so as soon as I could I decided to try and get in, but as I lived 60+ miles away I didn't want to risk not getting in. I managed to get a VIP pass for Omnitech so I was pretty much sure to get in. I went to some earlier Dance Planets down in Cornwall, as those were any age allowed in. I was much more a gabba head then a rave head at the time though.

I looked about 15 when I was 16 and they still let me in the warehouse, could have been something to do with having some of the more well known plymouth boys behind me in the queue...lol...but i do remember seeing people my age in there around 92/93.
