(the only time I've ever heard of this happening)!
That flyer is from Raveworld 1 I think from around 1992. Junior Tomlin designed that one and the rest of their flyers. Like you said that cancellation was due to the local council disliking the design! lol
Planet E flyer is from 89, Alex informed me of a huge moody event planned for NYE 88 called 'Can you Handle It' which promised everything under the sun and deliverd f***all. After that promoters could only pick up ticket money after the event.
