oh yes! it is still good, maybe not as good as the 90's but a few raves these days are pretty close, Raindance is still the best and is held in an excellent venue (SE1) and has an excellent atmosphere and helter skelter has just come back putting on massive events in milton keynes. as for clubs, not as good as proper raves as you get all the drunken louts so I tend to stay away from these.
