presuming each flyer is on a different line and each line ends with a carriage return and the Notepad file is saved as a standard text (.txt) file...
just open the file from Excel - the default options should automatically place each line of the text file into a different row of the first column of the spreadsheet
then use standard Excel Sort function (from the Data menu)
you can either continue in Excel, copy and paste back to Notepad, or Save As a text file
