To be honest I'm not the best man to ask, Weed or Dave at Phatmedia will probably give you a more realistic answer. Off the cuff I reackon DS1 could fetch £100, as I know there are people out there desperate to get there hands on it. Littlecote house I wouldn't imagine is that rare, maybe £30. It all guess work. Who ever wrote that article is surly taking the piss.
